WHAT IS HOT WATER EXTRATION CLEANING
HWE begins with preconditioning using a pre-spray cleaner with a a 7 pH or above alkalinity applied to the soiled surface, followed by light agitation with a grooming or pile brush.
For heavily soiled areas, a Counter-Rotating Brush (CRB) can be used after the appropriate dwell time. Next, the surface is passed over several times with a cleaning wand or rotary extractor to thoroughly rinse out the preconditioner, using an acidic solution to reduce the pH of the carpet fibres back to a neutral state. In the next stage, the carpet is dried using a fan or carpet dryer.
The final stage is resetting the carpet pile to remove any unsightly wand lines, commonly referred to as "shark teeth", with a carpet groom or brush.

The results are amazing. I never thought my carpet was as bad as it was. It cleans so deep leaving your carpet smelling fresh and looking brand new.
Definitely recommend. Reasonably priced for the quality you get. Will be using this service again on my sofas next time.

He came round late afternoon and made sure all carpets we back to looking like new again. Nothing was too much trouble. Even all the toys, he tidied away. Carpets smell lovely. Very polite as usual.”

Carpets at our 2 bed flat were cleaned at the end of a tenancy. “Paul phoned before his arrival and turned up as agreed.
The job took an hour longer than anticipated - the flat is on the second floor so the equipment had to be carried up the stairs - but I was still charged as quoted.
He cheerily completed the job to a high standard and I would use him again.”

Paul helped me out with carpet cleaning at really short notice after I was let down the day before my booked clean. He actually came a day earlier than expected which was fantastic! a very polite and friendly guy who got straight on with the job leaving carpets like new and smelling amazing.
He even got marks off the floor from facepaint which I thought would be there forever!! He dried the carpets out pretty much completely so they wernt wet on our feet. Will definitely be using again to do all my bedroom carpets and keep up with regular cleans.
Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks so much for helping me out and being so great.
