Only a few can, but by being trained to do it correctly, we can repair burn marks, indentations and other damage to carpets without moving furniture and not paying a big disposal fee for an old carpet.

We can repair both wool and synthetic ( man-made) carpets, including tufted and loop pile carpet fibres.
The most common damage is burns, including irons, hair straighteners, cigarettes and hot coal burns.
There 2 ways to repair
One with an offcut of carpets, but many people don't have them. The second and more popular way is called re tufting method. We will find undamaged fibres in the carpet in the room, giving a near-perfect match. Then, we reattach the fibres to the area with steady hands and time.
We never guarantee a seamless result or will be invisible. But we can blend it in as much as possible. ( re tufting method is a near-perfect result)
And before we leave, we always get you to hoover over the area to see if you can pull out the repair!
Repairs will last as long as the life of the carpet.

Paul helped me out with carpet cleaning at really short notice after I was let down the day before my booked clean. He actually came a day earlier than expected which was fantastic! a very polite and friendly guy who got straight on with the job leaving carpets like new and smelling amazing.
He even got marks off the floor from facepaint which I thought would be there forever!! He dried the carpets out pretty much completely so they wernt wet on our feet. Will definitely be using again to do all my bedroom carpets and keep up with regular cleans.

Carpets at our 2 bed flat were cleaned at the end of a tenancy. “Paul phoned before his arrival and turned up as agreed.
The job took an hour longer than anticipated - the flat is on the second floor so the equipment had to be carried up the stairs - but I was still charged as quoted.
